There are only two parts that are required, but if you don’t select a Post Category, your post will automatically fall into the Uncategorized group.
If you choose to include an image with your Post, great! If you don’t have an image, don’t worry a placeholder image will be inserted.
The recommended size is 1200 x 628 pixels. If you don’t have any photo editing software on your computer, I suggest Canva’s free version. And there are lots of great tutorials on how to use it.
